[konekta] was founded in April 2022 in São Paulo, Brazil by Nils A. Radsak. He is German native and São Paulo based, married and father of twins.
After several years in the Consulting industry he joined the Group Volkswagen for almost a decade, latest responsible as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Digital Officer (CDO) for the Brand Audi in Brazil/Latin America. Additionally, Nils was the CRM software lead in the Region Americas reporting to the global CIO of Volkswagen Passenger Cars.

What is Business Transformation?
Transformation is defined as "a complete change in the appearance or character of something or someone, especially that this thing or that person is improved." (Cambridge Dictionary)
